SACSA INFOTECH SDN. BHD. is a Malaysia-based supplier of printing plates and related printing solutions, including Thermal CTP Plates, Positive PS Plates and UV-CTP Plates.
Our products are intended primarily for commercial printing, packaging printing, label printing, newspaper printing, book printing and other professional offset printing applications.

4. Quotations
All quotations issued by SACSA are subject to availability and written confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
* A quotation is not an order confirmation.
* Prices may change due to raw material costs, currency fluctuations, freight costs, taxes, duties or other commercial factors.
* Quotation validity periods will be stated in the relevant quotation.
* A quotation may be withdrawn or revised before written order acceptance.
The final price, quantity, specifications, delivery terms and payment terms shall be those confirmed in the accepted quotation, purchase order, proforma invoice or sales agreement.
5. Orders and Order Acceptance
An order becomes binding on SACSA only after written acceptance or confirmation by SACSA.
SACSA may reject or request clarification of an order where:
* Product specifications are incomplete or unclear.
* Required products are unavailable.
* The requested quantity cannot be supplied within the required period.
* Payment or credit requirements are not satisfied.
* The order contains information that conflicts with the agreed quotation or specification.
For customized or specially manufactured products, cancellation may not be permitted once production has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Pricing, Taxes and Charges
Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices are based on the commercial terms specified in the relevant quotation or invoice.
Depending on the transaction, additional charges may apply, including:
* Shipping and freight charges.

* Customs duties and import taxes.
* Sales and service taxes or other applicable taxes.
* Port, terminal, handling and documentation charges.

7. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
* Payment must be made using the payment method specified by SACSA.
* Orders may require advance payment before production or shipment.
* SACSA may withhold production or shipment if payment has not been received as agreed.
* Bank charges, intermediary bank charges and charges outside Malaysia may be the responsibility of the customer where specified in the relevant transaction documents.
For customers receiving approved credit terms, overdue amounts may be subject to the applicable late-payment charges stated in the relevant agreement or invoice.
8. Delivery and Shipment
SACSA will use reasonable efforts to meet agreed production and delivery schedules.
Delivery dates may be affected by:
* Production requirements.
* Raw material availability.
* Shipping schedules.
* Port congestion.
* Customs procedures.
* Carrier delays.
* Government restrictions.
* Force majeure events.
* Other circumstances outside SACSA's reasonable control.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed dates.
For international orders, responsibility for freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties and taxes will be determined by the applicable Incoterm stated in the sales documents.
9. Inspection and Acceptance
Customers should inspect products promptly after delivery.
Any claim relating to:
* Quantity shortages,
* Visible damage,
* Incorrect products,
* Incorrect specifications, or
* Packaging damage
should be reported to SACSA in writing within the period specified in the relevant quotation, purchase order, sales agreement or applicable law.
Where appropriate, SACSA may request photographs, delivery documents, batch information, packing lists, inspection reports or other supporting evidence.
10. Product Quality and Warranty
SACSA is committed to supplying products manufactured or supplied according to agreed specifications and applicable quality standards.
Where a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or material non-conformity attributable to SACSA, the available remedy may include, at SACSA's discretion and subject to the applicable agreement:
* Replacement of the affected product;
* Credit for the affected product; or
* Another commercially reasonable remedy agreed between the parties.
Product performance may depend on the customer's platesetter, processor, chemicals, inks, printing press, processing conditions, storage conditions and operating procedures.
SACSA does not guarantee performance where products are used outside their recommended specifications or under conditions not approved by SACSA.
11. Storage and Handling
Customers are responsible for storing products according to the applicable manufacturer's recommendations.
Products should be protected from:
* Excessive heat;
* Direct sunlight;
* Moisture and humidity;
* Contamination;
* Physical damage; and
* Other unsuitable environmental conditions.
SACSA shall not be responsible for product deterioration caused by improper storage, transportation or handling after the customer's responsibility for the goods has commenced.
12. Returns and Cancellation
Returns are subject to prior written approval from SACSA.
Customized, specially manufactured, opened, used or customer-branded products may not be eligible for return unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A cancellation request does not automatically cancel an order. SACSA will determine whether cancellation is commercially and operationally possible based on the production and shipment status of the order.
13. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property appearing on this website, including but not limited to:
* SACSA trademarks and logos;
* Product names;
* Text and written content;
* Product images;
* Graphics;
* Website design;
* Technical materials; and
* Marketing materials
belongs to SACSA or its respective licensors unless otherwise stated.

14. Customer-Supplied Materials

The customer is responsible for ensuring that its supplied materials do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
15. OEM and Private-Label Products
SACSA may provide OEM and private-label packaging or products where specifically agreed.
Minimum quantities, packaging specifications, artwork approval, branding requirements, production schedules and payment terms may apply.
The specific terms agreed for an OEM or private-label order shall prevail over general website information.
16. Website Accuracy and Availability

* Labour disputes;
* Port closures;
* Shipping disruptions;
* Shortages of raw materials;
* Transportation disruptions;

* Other events beyond SACSA's reasonable control.
SACSA will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

Commercial information exchanged between SACSA and its customers, including pricing, quotations, technical specifications, business information and customer information, may be treated as confidential where expressly agreed or where reasonably understood to be confidential.
Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties except where required for fulfilling the transaction, by law, or with the consent of the other party.

For product sales and commercial transactions, these website Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the applicable quotation, purchase order, proforma invoice, commercial invoice, sales agreement and other written terms agreed between SACSA and the customer.
Where there is a conflict, the specific written commercial agreement applicable to the transaction shall prevail.
